Last updated: October 13, 2026

Select Home Loans, LLC (“Select Home Loans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our mortgage services.

Select Home Loans is licensed in Florida as a Mortgage Lender and currently operates as a mortgage broker, arranging financing through third-party lenders.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on your interaction with us and the services you request. It may include:

  • Contact information: name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and communication preferences.
  • Identification information: date of birth, Social Security number, government-issued identification, and information used to verify your identity.

  • Communications: inquiries, correspondence, documents you provide, and records of consent and communication preferences.
  • Information required by law: information necessary for applicable mortgage reporting, recordkeeping, and other compliance obligations.

We collect information directly from you and, where authorized or permitted by law, from credit reporting agencies, lenders, verification providers, processors, appraisal and settlement providers, financial institutions, and public records.

If you provide information about another person, you should have appropriate authority to provide it.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Evaluate, arrange, and process mortgage financing.
  • Verify identity, employment, income, assets, credit, and other application details.
  • Coordinate with lenders and other participants in a mortgage transaction.
  • Communicate about applications, documents, and services.
  • Send our marketing communications, subject to applicable law and your preferences.
  • Maintain records, administer our business, prevent fraud, and protect our systems.
  • Meet legal and regulatory requirements and respond to valid legal requests.

We obtain consent when required by applicable law. Providing information or visiting our website does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing calls or text messages.

3. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information as appropriate for the services you request and as permitted by applicable law.

Recipients may include:

  • Lenders: to evaluate applications and arrange financing.
  • Credit and verification providers: to obtain reports and verify application information.
  • Processors and transaction participants: to process applications and coordinate appraisal, title, insurance, settlement, and related services.
  • Technology and communications providers: to support application systems, document handling, business operations, and communications.

The information disclosed may include relevant identification, contact, application, financial, property, and transaction information.

Our service providers include Floify, LendingPad, Xactus, Willow Processing, Innovative Financial Solutions, and PhoneBurner. Floify and PhoneBurner send marketing emails on our behalf.

Select Home Loans has no affiliates. We do not sell customer information, jointly market with other financial companies, or authorize disclosure of customer information to other companies for their own marketing.

Providers may also collect information directly when you interact with their websites, applications, or optional services. Their privacy notices and applicable agreements describe their processing, including uses that may be separate from the services they perform for Select Home Loans.

4. Financial Information and Sharing Choices

For personal, family, or household mortgage services, federal financial privacy protections apply to nonpublic personal information.

We disclose information for mortgage operations and other permitted business purposes. Certain disclosures necessary to process transactions, perform authorized services, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal obligations are subject to exceptions to federal opt-out requirements.

We also provide information to service providers supporting our own marketing. You may ask us to stop our promotional communications using the methods below.

We do not share information for affiliate marketing, joint marketing with other financial companies, or other companies’ own marketing. Applicable state law may provide additional rights or require authorization for certain disclosures.

Our collection, protection, and permitted disclosure practices also apply to records we retain about former customers.

5. Marketing Communications

You may stop our marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. We honor marketing email opt-out requests within ten business days.

If you enroll in a text-message program, the consent and terms presented for that program apply. Reply STOP to stop messages from that program. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not provide mobile telephone numbers or text-message opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting our messaging program may process this information to operate the program and administer your preferences.

Marketing choices do not prevent appropriate nonmarketing communications, such as responses to your requests or updates about an application.

6. Website Technologies

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or form-tracking tools on our website.

Technical infrastructure and services used to deliver the website may process information needed to establish connections, deliver content, maintain functionality, and protect security, such as an IP address or browser information.

Application portals and other third-party services may use their own cookies and technologies. Review their privacy notices when using those services. Your browser settings may allow you to manage cookies or restrict certain technologies, although doing so may affect functionality.

We honor browser privacy signals where applicable law requires us to do so.

7. Information Retention

We retain personal information according to the type of record, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and documented business needs.

Application and transaction records may be retained after financing is completed, an application is withdrawn or denied, or our relationship ends. We may also retain information needed to administer communication preferences, prevent fraud, address disputes, or comply with legal holds.

When information is no longer needed and retention is not required, we dispose of it securely or deidentify it. Backup copies may remain until they expire through the applicable backup cycle.

Closing an account or requesting deletion does not automatically require deletion of records we must lawfully retain.

8. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on your residence, the information involved, and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to or a copy of personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Limit certain disclosures or uses, including sale or targeted advertising where applicable.
  • Use an authorized agent to submit a request.
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

Contact us using the information below to submit a request. We may verify your identity and, where appropriate, an agent’s authority before responding. Verification will be proportionate to the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email unless we provide secure submission instructions.

We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or applicable exception. Financial privacy exemptions, recordkeeping obligations, and other legal requirements may limit some requests.

To appeal a decision, contact us and identify the request and the reason for your appeal. We review appeals and provide any further complaint information required by applicable law.

We do not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Where state law provides greater protection or requires additional consent, we follow the applicable requirement.

9. Children’s Information

Our website and mortgage services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly direct marketing to children.

Mortgage documentation may include information about dependents or other household members. We handle that information for the relevant application, transaction, or legal purpose.

Contact us if you believe a child has independently submitted personal information through our website.

10. Other Websites and Services

Our website may link to application portals or other third-party websites. Those businesses have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information or selecting optional services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. We provide additional notice, authorization requests, or choices when required by applicable law.
